What do I need to bring?
Your valid insurance membership card, a national ID or passport and any relevant referral letters from a general practitioner.
Do I need a referral?
For most outpatient specialist appointments, a referral is recommended but not always required. Emergency services never require a referral.
What if I need a procedure?
For elective surgical procedures, your insurer may require pre-authorisation. Our billing team will guide you through this process.
What is not covered?
Coverage varies by plan. Typically excluded items include cosmetic procedures, experimental treatments and some chronic disease medication. Check with your insurer.
Can I pay the difference?
Yes. If your insurance does not cover the full cost, you can top up the difference with cash or mobile money at our billing counter.
